The site just doesn’t feel very put together. The design looks kind of cheap, the pages are cluttered, and some of the colors really don’t work well together. There are also a few things on the page that feel unnecessary and just make it harder to find basic information. Overall, it didn’t really make me feel confident using it

Just a heads up, my checkout experience was a mess. The page kept freezing, and the payment screen wouldn’t load properly.
