"The site feels cluttered and unpolished"
The site just doesn’t feel very put together. The design looks kind of cheap, the pages are cluttered, and some of the colors really don’t work well together. There are also a few things on the page that feel unnecessary and just make it harder to find basic information. Overall, it didn’t really make me feel confident using it

Just a heads up, my checkout experience was a mess. The page kept freezing, and the payment screen wouldn’t load properly. I tried twice and still had no idea if my order actually went through because there wasn’t any clear error message. It just felt sketchy, and I didn’t want to risk entering my card info again, so I ended up leaving the site.

I was disappointed when this arrived. The box was super thin, like the kind you’d use for something lightweight, not something you actually want protected. There was barely any padding inside too, no real cushioning, no proper filler, nothing that made me feel like the item was secure. The corners were smashed, the inside packaging looked thrown together, and the whole thing just gave off a rushed vibe, like when you toss something in a bag at the last minute or pack a suitcase five minutes before leaving. Before I even got to the actual product, I was already worried it might be damaged. For the price, I expected better packaging, like sturdier cardboard, more padding, or at least some kind of protection around the edges. Really not happy with how it showed up.

"Discount code didn’t work"
I saw a promo for 20% off and figured I’d give it a try, but the code kept coming up as invalid at checkout. I even tried another deal listed on their own page and that didn’t work either. When I contacted support, they just sent a generic reply and didn’t actually explain anything. i feel kind of stupid for trusting it in the first place. It really seems like the discounts are just there to pull you in, not to actually save you money.

I ordered my usual size and even checked the measurement chart first, but the fit was nowhere close. The top was way too tight, while the pants were huge, so it felt like two totally different sizes in one set. I also reached out about it and the replies felt like they were coming from a robot, not an actual person trying to help. Super frustrating overall, and I wouldn’t order again

"More frustrating than I expected"
I tried using dimirogue.com, and compared to other sites I use regularly, this one felt a lot harder to figure out. I kept having to click around just to find basic things, which got annoying fast.

On my phone, the layout felt a bit messy, and some of the buttons weren’t clear enough for me. Maybe other people won’t mind it, but for me personally, it was a frustrating experience.

"Not at all like the pictures"
I was disappointed when this showed up. It looked nothing like the photos on dimirogue.com, or well, maybe the general shape was the same, but that’s about it. The color was off, the material felt cheap, and the fit was just weird on me. The pictures made it look way nicer than it actually is. I definitely wouldn’t order it again.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from Dimi Rogue and the shipping was really slow. The site made it seem like it would arrive fast. It did not. I waited much longer than I expected, and there were barely any updates.

I know delays can happen. But this was frustrating. I had to keep checking for info myself. By the time it finally showed up, I was already over it. I would not order again if I needed something by a certain date

The tracking for my order was a mess. One minute it said it was out for delivery, then suddenly it was back at sorting again. The next day it marked the package as delivered, but nothing ever showed up.
